The order process has 4 steps:
- Login or register by creating your own De Beers account, using your email address and password. You can use this for future orders and to save items to your wishlist. You can also proceed with a guest account. To create an account, click here
- Fill in your delivery details
- Complete your payment information
- Review your order and submit.
If your order is successful, you will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. If you do not see this in the 30 minutes following your order, please contact us here.
Note: Your security settings may default this email to your junk mail so please also check there
Yes. You may accompany your purchase with a personalised message. Please select “this order is a gift” at checkout to add your message.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Client Services team here quoting your order number for assistance. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to modify or cancel it. We will however be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
We will be delighted to advise you over the phone. To ensure maximum security, however, the purchase cannot be made over the phone and must be made through the website, or a secure payment link. Our Client Services team will be happy to talk you through this process, you can contact them here.
For Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Taiwan, Macau, United Kingdom the price quoted at check-out should include all relevant taxes and duties.
For United States, sales tax will be added to the price at checkout depending on the state of delivery.
